Dear Parent,
Greetings. We welcome you to the new academic year. You are requested to note the following:
1. Students should be present in the school before 8.55 A.M., Late comers will not be allowed to attend the classes.
2. Students should come to School neatly in full uniform. White Uniform should be worn on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
3. Please send the books according to the time table unless it is informed by the teacher otherwise.
4. Non-Veg food including egg preparation is not allowed in the School.
5. Canteen facility is available. The order should be placed during the short-break. (10.30 to 10.40). Late orders will not be entertained.
6. Parents must sign the diary every day. Please fill up the first two pages of the Diary & Record book. Don’t leave any column blank.
7. The first half yearly fee should be paid (only in D.D.) before 10th June, 2011 without fine. For fine details please refer the diary.
8. “The Smart School” programme will be continued for classes I to IV
9. Two new Value Education programmeshave been introduced from this year
i) For classes I to X an interactive programme conducted by Samashtee Foundation (3class in a month)
ii) For classes I to VIII School Cinema programme thru short movies & activities(one class per month)
10. Students availing school transportation must pay the van fees in cash before 10th of every month.
11. All girls from I onwords should wear bloomers (Navy blue with blue uniform &white with white uniform) other wise they cannot take part in Yoga and Sports activities.
12. No student is allowed to stay inside the school premises after the school hours. So parents are advised to take their children immediately after the school bell.
13. Parents are requested to inform the school if their child is suffering from any serious ailment such as heart, lung, epilepsy etc., and discuss the matter with the Principal.
14. All the students from VI onwards must wear uniform blazers to the school every day.
15. Parents are requested to go through the printed matter in the diary for all other rules and regulations of the school.
16. Important messages will be conveyed to the parents thru SMS on the mobile numbers provided by them. In case of any change in the number parents should inform the school immediately.
17. As last year all circulars will be posted on the website. No printed circular will be issued.They can be made available on request by charging Rs.2 per circular
18. Parents bringing lunch in the afternoon are requested to give the bag near the main gate. Lunch will be supplied to the respective students in their classrooms.
