J.V.V.P. recently conducted an Orientation programme for the teachers to enhance this teaching abilities Miss Kamana from I.I.M.B (Guest Faculty) conducted the workshop.
The programme focused on various aspects of teaching. She stressed the need for creative teaching. She also advised the teachers to breakdown the resistance to new ideas and to be opened to new mode of teaching of teaching. She said the aim of creative teaching is to make the students empowered to face the challenges which are ahead.
As a part of orientation, Stimulating and creative mind game was conducted for the teachers. In an interaction session, Miss Kamana answered all the question related to creative teaching. The programme was very useful and informative.
Finally the programme came to the end with the conclusion that the teachers must have holistic approach towards the overall development of a student.
