to most of the people has his own vision inrespect
to the education system. He believes that the moral and spiritual
values have tobeimbided
among the young children to make them more responsible and enlightenedcitizens. He
has the strong vision of moulding the children with knowledge(JNANA)and
scientificspirit(VIJNANA)
so that they can makeINDIAstrong.
'Babuji' wants
to give adequate emphasis on the 'sanskaras' so that the child
will learn to respect the higher values of our ancient tradition
and culture. He also believes in giving value based education
from the beginning, that is when the child's mind is clear and
tender. He says, "If the child is educated, but unaware
of one's own culture and tradition, then it is not a complete
education".
"Babuji"
spends most of his time doing social service. He is running
a few slum schools in Bangalore. Very often, he makes trips
to rural areas and other backward areas to help the poor and
the needy with food and clothing. J.V.V.P is the brain child
of 'Babuji'. He has put in all his ideas and energy for the
development of the school.

Smt. Laxmi Devi Goenkais shouldering the responsibility of
developing the school into one of the best schools of the city.
She is trying very hard to give a shape to the ideals of ' Babuji',
the founder of the school. Her ambition is to implement the
ideals of the founder and to prepare the children to face the
challenges of the world confidently. She believes in inculcating
discipline among the children by giving proper advice than by
punishment. She has a great concern for the well being of the
staff members of the school.
